Get the best of two worlds - get to know Copenhagen better and experience really good wine in a totally new context.

We offer guided exclusive WineWalks - walks in Copenhagen with curated wines on the way.

Welcome to

WineWalkCPH

WineWalkCPH is based on the idea that we could all benefit from sharpening our senses. Look up, breathe in, be curious, connect to the people and places around us.

Thus, a WineWalk is a sensory experience. We get to know the city better, we try to decode the many impressions that the city gives us by being curious as to history, developments and urban design choices.

At the same time, we add another level of sensory experience - wine. Based on the craftmanship of small, independent winegrowers, we reverse the concept of terroir. Instead of placing focus on the terroir the wine derives from, we focus on the context (“terroir”) in which we enjoy it. What does that bring to the experience of a fine wine? And how does that sensory experience relate to our experience of the city?

A WineWalk is also a communal experience. We walk in small groups of up to 8 people, giving us time to get to know each other, and let the stories we share influence our experience of the city - and of the wine.

Why WineWalks?

A group of five people gathered around a wooden table outdoors near a marina, with sailboats and colorful buildings in the background, on a sunny day.

What we offer *

You can either participate in a WineWalk that is already planned - please contact us to hear when the next tours are. Right now we have planned tours in Christianshavn and in Vesterbro. You can join in on your own or with your travel companion(s) - og you can gather your own group and have the guided WineWalk for your group alone.

For all walks, non-alcoholic options are also available.

You can also book at customized WineWalk - if you want us to explore a particular part of the city, or a specific part of Copenhagens history, urban development or cultural life. Or you can book a customized tour, if you want a special theme for the wines we taste, eg. only Burgundy Wines, Danish Wines, Nebbiolo Grapes etc.
